Event description: 

András Kiséry is Assistant Professor of English at The City College of New York (CUNY). His articles on early modern English literature in the contexts of the history of political culture and of the material text have appeared or are forthcoming in the European Journal of English Studies, Philological Quarterly, English Literary History and in edited collections. With Allison Deutermann he co-edited Formal Matters: reading the materials of English Renaissance Literature (Manchester University Press, 2013), and he has almost finished revising a book called Hamlet’s moment: drama and political knowledge in early modern England.
