Event description:
Richard Rambuss is Professor of English and Director of Graduate Studies at Brown University, Rambuss is the author of Spenser’s Secret Career (1993), Closet Devotions (1998), and numerous articles on sixteenth and seventeenth-century English literature. He is also the editor of The English Poetry of Richard Crashaw (2014). His work principally explores gender, sexuality, and desire in early modern English literature and its afterlives in film and performance.
