Meghan O’Rourke is the author of the New York Times bestselling The Invisible Kingdom: Reimagining Chronic Illness (2022), which was a finalist for the National Book Award in Nonfiction; the memoir The Long Goodbye (2011); and three collections of poetry, most recently Sun in Days (2017), a New York Times Best Poetry Book of the Year. She is a Professor in the Practice of Creative Writing at Yale University and serves as Executive Editor of The Yale Review.
