David Lloyd is a poet and professor emeritus of literature living in the United States though born in 1955 in Dublin. David has been a Distinguished Professor of English Emeritus at the University of California, Riverside, and at the University of Southern California after previous posts at Scripps College, Claremont, and UC Berkeley. He has published numerous volumes of critical theory, poetry and drama, and criticism on literature and art.
