Elizabeth Eisenstein: “Reactions to a New Medium in the Old Millennium”

Wednesday, March 6 at 4:30, Beinecke Library mezzanine. The English Department and the Yale Program in the History of the Book present: Elizabeth Eisenstein. On March 6th at 4:30pm, on the Beinecke Library mezzanine, Elizabeth Eisenstein will be delivering a lecture, “Reactions to a New Medium in the Old Millennium.” On March 7th at 5:00pm, in Beinecke classrooms 38 & 39, Elizabeth Eisenstein will join us for a discussion of a pre-circulated paper, “Print Culture and Enlightenment Thought.”
