English Department Annual Staged Reading: “Thyestes”

On Thursday, October 10 the English Department’s 17th annual rehearsed public playreading will be Seneca’s “Thyestes”, translated by Caryl Churchill.  Chosen from the syllabus of English 129, Tragedy in the European Tradition, the reading will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in LC 101.

This year’s readers (the course instructors ex officio supplemented by other well-established Departmental talents) will be: Carla Baricz, Merve Emre, Paul Fry, Margaret Homans, Michael Protacio ‘14, Timothy Robinson, and Madeleine Saraceni.  The reading is arranged by Murray Biggs.
