Manu Samriti Chander is Associate Professor of English at Rutgers University-Newark and the author of Brown Romantics: Poetry and Nationalism in the Global Nineteenth Century (Bucknell, 2017). His second monograph, Browntology, will be published by SUNY Press, and he is currently editing The Collected Works of Egbert Martin.
