Applications are open for spring semester research fellowships at the Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library! Are you interested in how to incorporate primary sources into your research project but unsure where to begin? Would you like assistance identifying relevant Beinecke materials or writing a research plan? The Beinecke is here to help!
On Tuesday, October 15th at 2:30pm, we will offer an overview of Yale Graduate and Professional Student Fellowships, the application process, and selection criteria. Curators and collections staff will be available for questions and individual consultations, including: Ray Clemens (Curator, Early Books & Manuscripts), Kathryn James (Curator, Early Modern & Osborn Collections), Nancy Kuhl (Curator, Poetry, Yale Collection of American Literature), Sara Powell (Research Librarian), and Allison Van Rhee (Fellowship Program Coordinator). Consultations are always available by appointment, too!
The application deadline for Yale graduate student fellowships for spring 2020 is November 5; the deadline for summer and fall 2020 fellowships, including pre-prospectus fellowships, is in mid-March. More information on Beinecke Research Fellowships is available online here.
