Anahid Nersessian is associate professor of English at UCLA. Her books include Utopia, Limited: Romanticism and Adjustment (Harvard 2015), The Calamity Form: On Poetry and Social Life (Chicago 2020) and, most recently, Keats’s Odes: A Lover’s Discourse (Chicago 2021). Other writing has appeared in places like Critical Inquiry, PMLA, ELH, New Literary History, Studies in Romanticism, the Los Angeles Review of Books, and the forthcoming Cambridge Companion to the Essay. She co-founded and co-edits the Thinking Literature series published by the University of Chicago Press.
