Dean Irvine is the Canadian Studies Bicentennial Visiting professor for 2011-12. He comes from Dalhousie University, where he teaches modernist, leftist, and Canadian literatures and directs the Editing Modernism in Canada project. Professor Irvine will be teaching two courses: a graduate seminar ENL965a Modernist Remediations (fall 2011) and a junior seminar ENGL 312b Modernisms in Canada (spring 2012).
