Maggie Millner

Maggie Millner is a poet, teacher, and editor from rural upstate New York. Her first book, Couplets, was a New York Times Editors’ Choice, one of The Atlantic’s ten best books of 2023, and a finalist for the LA Times Book Award in Poetry and the Lambda Literary Award for lesbian poetry. Maggie’s recent poems have appeared in The Best American Poetry series and publications such as The New Yorker, The Nation, and The Paris Review. Previously, Maggie was a Stadler Fellow in Poetry at Bucknell University and an Olive B. O’Connor Fellow in Poetry at Colgate University. She currently serves as a Senior Editor at The Yale Review.
